Our home-buying process consists of five simple steps:
Step 1 - Contact: Simply fill out the quote request form on our website or, if you prefer, call us directly at 888-48-EVANS.
Step 2 - Phone Call: During the initial phone call we will gather your property details and learn more about your unique situation and closing requirements.
Step 3 - On Location Meeting/Proposal: After we collect the details of your property and situation, we will then schedule an on-location inspection of your home and provide you with a firm offer at that time. There is no obligation to accept our offer. This offer will be provided to you within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Step 4 - Review of Offer: At this point, you can review the offer provided to you, making a decision based on what is in your best interest. We encourage you to take as much time as you need to look over our offer and we understand this is a significant decision. We will work with you on your schedule.
Step 5 - Acceptance of Offer: If you agree to our offer, we’ll arrange a cash transaction and open up escrow & title to complete the purchase based on your time requirements. There are no hidden fees or costs involved. We pay all closing costs. You will receive the full amount agreed to in our offer.
